We have extensive experience with a number of Federal Departments and have been recognized by the office of Management and Budget (OMB) as an expert in helping Federal Departments and Agencies comply with the requirements of Executive Order 13327, Federal Real Property Asset Management.

We have assisted a number of Federal Departments and Agencies comply with the requirements of the Chief Financial Officer’s Act (CFOA). We have helped in the creation of an auditable real property baseline using calculated costs and statistical sampling techniques. We conduct CFO Act compliance audits of supporting real property documentation and offer assistance preparing balance sheets and other required financial reports concerned with real property.

We have helped a large Federal Department comply with the requirements of the McKinney Act to include McKinney Act Checklist preparation and execution, and coordinating Department actions with HUD and/or HHS.

We have helped a number of clients prepare Asset Management Plans and Capital Investment Strategies to more efficiently and effectively manage their inventory of real property.

We have helped write real property management policy guidance, instructions, and regulations for several Federal Departments.

We developed the facility classification system and documentation for the Department of Defense and have helped the Army maintain their facility classification system and documentation.
