R&K has been selected to establish and manage the Army’s Wounded Warrior Call Center. This fulfills the
Chief of Staff of the Army’s commitment to do so as part of the fall-out from the situation at Walter
Reed Army Medical Center. Based on our demonstrated expertise in providing current Family Call Center
support to the HQDA, G-1 and our performance when we ramped up to establish a 24/7 Call Center for in
response to the Katrina disaster, we were asked to submit a proposal to get this program started. Within
five days of being asked to submit our proposal, R&K employees were taking calls from wounded soldiers and
their families. R&K is privileged and honored to be a part of this program.
