The Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has just awarded R&K Engineering the second phase of a contract to provide continued master planning support. R&K will prepare an Installation Design Guide (IDG) for use by LEAD. The IDG will establish comprehensive design recommendations for site planning, landscape architectural, and architectural design.
